Who we are

Home Fix Scotland (HFS) is an experienced building and maintenance company based in the West of Scotland and is part of the RCH Group.

HFS began trading in August 2016 and currently has over 120 members of staff. Our ambitions are to exceed the expectations of clients and customers across a range of sectors including social housing, education, health and the private housing market. Since being established, the activities undertaken by the company have grown considerably our portfolio now includes several planned maintenance programmes, as well as a grounds maintenance programme.

Local Employment  

HFS is a large employer in the Inverclyde area with over 120 staff, 85% of which live in the Inverclyde area. Several family members working at RCH or HFS live in our properties and have extended family that also live in our properties.

Apprenticeships 

HFS and RCH have a strong belief in training our own trades with 10 staff who started as apprentices and have gone on to full time employment with HFS. Presently we have 12 apprentices within the business and a long-term plan/policy for the annual recruitment of apprentices. 

Our clients include housing associations, public sector organisations and charitable private landlords. 100% of our profits are Gift Aided back to our charitable social landlord parent reinvesting these profits into the communities in which we work.
