Supported by our technical staff, our in-house trade team of over 120 operatives covers a wide range of reactive maintenance works, including:

  • The delivery of these services is supported by a range of trade and safety accreditations, the latest technology and, where it is appropriate, key partnerships within the local, regional and national supply chain.

  • Our strong focus on customer care and 'Right First Time' ethos ensures works are completed to an excellent standard, agreed timescales, with no need for repeat visits. We constantly monitor all customer feedback – this helps us to learn, improve and exceed expectations.

  • We are committed to providing excellent services that not only exceed expectations, but are flexible enough to respond to individual customer needs and deliver continuous service improvement.

Assisted Living

We are committed to supporting people to live independently in their homes. This approach is guided by the individual needs of clients and their customers. Adaptations include:

‘Minor’ adaptations

  • Modifications to doors and windows

  • Grab handrails and balustrades

  • Installation of lever taps and minor bathroom upgrades

  • Steps and ramps

  • Alarms and monitoring equipment

‘Major’ adaptations

  • Adapted shower and wet-room installations

  • Traditional and pre-fabricated extensions

  • Access ramps

  • Low-level kitchen installations

For major adaptations, we work closely with occupational therapists, designers and specialist equipment providers to ensure customers’ lives are improved. We undertake bespoke projects, including extensions and structural alterations. We know that adaptation works can be disruptive. This is why we work flexible hours to complete adaptations as quickly as possible. We aim to be fully aware of customers’ individual needs to lessen the impact of our works during the process.

Grounds Maintenance and Estate Services

Our all-year-round commercial teams specialises in maintaining green spaces for both public and private sector clients, either on a programmed or reactive basis. Our grounds maintenance programmes can be tailored to meet your needs and include:

  • Grass cutting

  • Moss Brushing and removing weeds from hard surfaces

  • Border tidying and formation

  • Removal of dead foliage

  • Hedge and shrub pruning

  • Tree pruning and management

  • Tree Surveys

  • Planting and plant maintenance services

We have a comprehensive approach to weed control that includes treatments for perennial weeds, creeping rhizomes, bindweed, ground elder, nettles, rosebay willow herb, Japanese Knotweed, and bracken. Our operatives have PA1, PA2, PA6a and PA6aw certificates in competence for the safe use of pesticides.

We will also report additional items such as fly tipping, graffiti, anti-social behavioural or health and safety issues on behalf of customers. In additional we can also offer the following services:

  • Periodic cleaning programmes

  • Day-to-day cleaning

  • Estate cleaning

  • Void property clearance and cleaning

  • Bulk uplift and bin rotation

  • One-off and cyclical gutter cleaning

Electrical Installation and Maintenance

  • Our electrical teams respond to over 4,000 reactive maintenance calls per year including domestic, commercial and multi-occupancy premises. In addition we carry out over 1200 Electrical Inspection Condition reports.

  • Our electricians will identify and, where appropriate, rectify faults whilst on site. We will also recommend that we undertake any upgrading works necessary to ensure wiring is safe and meets with the current legislative requirements. Using the latest hand-held equipment, each installation is tested and recorded; our Qualifying Supervisor verifies each test report ensuring we achieve the very highest levels of compliance.

Planned Maintenance and empty homes

In the last 12 months we have also carried out works to over 500 empty homes .
